At our property, we aspire to create an environment of comfort and tranquility for all of our guests. In keeping with this, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines during your stay:
- Smoking: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so in the designated outdoor areas and dispose of your cigarettes responsibly.
- Partying: To ensure the peace and quiet of our neighborhood, we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay. Noise should be kept to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.
- Respect for Property: We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. If you accidentally break or damage something, please let us know immediately. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly, with minimal disruption to your stay. Please take photos of the damage, if possible, to help facilitate the Airbnb insurance process.
- Stealing: Removing items from our property is strictly prohibited. If something from the home has caught your eye, please let us know and we’ll do our best to guide you where you can purchase a similar item.
