Yes! Our virtual concierge team helps with everything from booking excursions to in-home chef services and local recommendations. We’re here to make your trip seamless and unforgettable.
What’s included in a typical stay?
All of our homes come fully furnished and equipped with linens, Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, and many more. Select properties also include private pools, outdoor dining areas, and added perks like premium upgrades or day pass access.
Can I book directly with CGP instead of through a booking platform?
Absolutely. Booking directly through us gives you access to exclusive specials, referral perks, and personalized attention.
How can I refer a friend and receive a reward?
Easy! If your referral books and completes a stay with CGP, you’ll receive a special thank-you either a future stay credit, monumental or a curated local gift.
Payment and Cancellation
Will my credit card be charged prior to my arrival?
Yes, full payment it due at the time of booking. Guarantee policies.
Is full payment is required to confirm my reservation?
Yes, a credit card is required in order to guarantee reservations made online. Other forms can be offered.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal(Buy Now Pay Later, ApplePay, and direct bank transfers for bookings made through our website or concierge team. Some listings on booking platforms may offer additional options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by property and season. In general:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Partial refund (minus deposit) if canceled 7–14 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival unless otherwise agreed.
Exact terms will be shown during your booking process or provided in your guest agreement.

Additional Questions
Can I check in early or late?
Requests for early check-in or checkout are honored as space permits. If the Villa you are visiting is full, we may be unable to grant your request. However, you are invited to store luggage and enjoy the facilities until your room becomes available, or if your departure time is at a later time.
